THANK YOU, RICH!

BC Athletics would like to thank Richard Lee for his 11 years of service as the Provincial Head Coach of the BC Endurance Project.

Richard came onboard in 2013 to develop the BC Endurance Project, where the mission was to develop distance runners (5,000m to marathon) to achieve podium performances at BC and Canadian Championships, be selected to National Teams and to pursue podium performances on the international stage. The list of BCEP current athletes and alumni is impressive and is a testament to Rich’s commitment and passion for coaching and developing athletes.  To cap off Rich’s tenure with BC Athletics, BCEP athlete, Justin Kent was crowned Canadian National Marathon Champion, running a personal best time of 2:12:17, at the Toronto Marathon this past weekend!
