Irene Hanson-Monnie 1954 - 2016

It is with great sadness that we bring news of Irene Hanson-Monnie's passing.  Her wonderful smile, caring nature and her joy for life will be missed by everyone who knew her.  After a valiant 4 year struggle with cancer, Irene passed away on October 1st.  Irene was a long time Official with BC Athletics and a much loved and well respected BC Team Manager.  Our sympathy and support go out to Jim, Hazel and Frances.
