She has mentored many officials, taught workshops and clinics, and evaluated fellow officials as they progress along their officiating pathways. Aileen is admired for her incredible knowledge and dedication to athletes of all ages and experience levels. She has officiated at both grassroots and high level meets and consistently demonstrates an impeccable ability to keep large groups organized and events running smoothly. He has mentored hundreds of officials and officiated at meets ranging from grassroots to high performance competitions. Ken loves to teach, and when you learn from him, you also learn the importance of loving the people in athletics. His sense of humour has tickled the funny bones of countless officials, coaches, and athletes.
