The Clinicians Clinic is for a level 3 or higher official that is interested in becoming a clinician. To be named to the Provincial Clinician list an official must be level 3 when taking the clinicians clinic. To be named to the National Clinician list an official must be level 4 when taking the clinicians clinic and be approved by NOC after th clinic has been completed. 

Once completed, a level 3 official will earn the qualification of Provincial Clinician and will be eligible to lead level 3 clinics in their qualification. A level 4 or 5 official will earn the qualification of National Clinician and will be eligible to lead level 3 and 4 clinics in their qualification, subject to NOC approval.
