To nominate an athlete, coach or official for an Athletics Canada annual award, please fill out this form.

Nomination period: Performances during the 2018 calendar year (Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2018)
Nomination deadline: Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019
