BC Cross Country Championships are set for October 23 in Victoria, BC
The 2021 BC Athletics Cross Country Championships will take place on Saturday, October 23 at Beaver Lake, Saanich, half way between Victoria and the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Prairie Inn Harriers are hosting the event and information is posted on the BC Athletics website, including details of the course. Click here for details.
The BC Cross Country Championships are the primary selection tool for the BC Team headed to Nationals. To be eligible for selection see the criteria below an you must have the appropriate competitive membership in place BEFORE the event.

Prices go up October 19th and closes on the 21st. No in person registration will be available at the event.

Athletics Canada National Championships – November 27, Ottawa, ON
The 2021 & 2022 Athletics Canada National Championships will take place at in Ottawa on Saturday, November 27th. BC Athletics will be sending a Provincial team to complete. In Province team fees are $262.50, team fees include transportation and entry, but athletes are responsible for their own accommodation costs. A rooming block is being held for us at an official meet hotel.
The Championships are open to U18, U20, Senior, and Masters members. All members and coaches of the BC Team are required to be fully vaccinated to participate in the AC Championships.

We realize the date of the BC Cross Country Championships is very close to the USports Can West Championship in Saskatoon. Please review the BC Team criteria and the link to the Exemption / Declaration form below. ALL athletes not competing at the BC Championships, must complete the declaration at the link below to be considered for the BC Team at Nationals.
