Lifestages Lower Mainland Road Race Series Wraps Up
The 2016 Lifestages Lower Mainland Road Race Series concluded at the Vancouver Eastside 10K on Saturday. The 11 race series kicked off at the Steveston Icebreaker 8K in January, with stops on the Sunshine Coast, White Rock, and Squamish along the way. To qualify for series awards participants had to finish a minimum of 5 races.
Four participants had the notable distinction of running all 11 races - Giuliana Graves, Judy Westacott, Darrell Lahey and Norman Heu
Notable among the winners were Jacob Loewen, Michael Foster, Olivia Willett, Cynthia Stout and Lynette Baldock, who each recorded a perfect score by winning their age group on at least five occasions.
