Coaching Education Coordinator Position
Part-time (.30 FTE)
BC Athletics is seeking a qualified, creative and education focused individual to lead the Coaching Education and Certification Programs. This is a Part-time position that would average 10 to 11 hours per week (.30 FTE). Based out of the BC Athletics Office and working with BC Athletics staff, contractors, club/school/post-secondary coaches, the Coaching Education Coordinator will ensure the delivery of Athletics Coaching Education in British Columbia.
Summary of responsibilities will include:

Leading the BC Athletics Coaching and Certification Programs.

Working with the BC Athletics Coach Developer Lead in the training of Learning Facilitators, Master Learning Facilitators, Event Technical Experts, Evaluators and Master Evaluators.

Working with Athletics Canada Coaching Education staff, BC Athletics Clubs and other Provincial Sport/Multi-sport Organizations in the development, planning and implementation of Athletics Coaching Education in British Columbia.

With reference to the BC Athletics Strategic and Implementation Plans, develop a Yearly Plan for Coaching Education in British Columbia.
