2019 BC Throws Project Development Camp
BC Athletics is proud to announce the 2019 BC Throws Project Development Camp, being hosted in Kamloops from September 27th to 29th. This will be the first camp of its kind for athletes and coaches.
The BC Throws Project Development Camp aims to help develop athletes in Throws (Hammer, Javelin, Shot Put & Discus) who are aged 14+ to achieve national and international performances with a combination of practical and theory sessions for both athletes and their personal coaches.
It will be hosted in the Tournament Capital Centre in Kamloops, held alongside/after the Bondarchuk Cup Meet. A great opportunity for athletes to develop their skills and compete!
Dates: September 27th- 29th, 2019
Location: Kamloops, BC
Age Eligibility: U16/U18/U20/Senior/Para Athletes
Personal coaches are highly encouraged to attend this camp and will receieve NCCP Pro-D Points, U16/U18 Athletes are required to attend with their personal coaches or parent/guardian.

BC Athletics adheres to the Coaching Association of Canada’s Responsible Coaching Movement and requires athletes to only share rooms with other athletes while coaches may share room with other coaches.
Cost Information:
- $175 for non BC Athletics Members
- $150 for 2019 BC Athletics Members
Tax is not included (Cost includes lunches and souvenir t-shirt, accommodations are extra)
